Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Unveils Luxurious Mother’s Day Brunch and Spa Experience

Cambridge, Md. (April 30, 2025) – Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, an award-winning waterfront destination set on 342 acres of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, announces its Mother’s Day experiences for resort guests and the local community. The resort will host an extravagant brunch at the newly renovated Water’s Edge Grill and indulgent spa treatments at the award-winning Sago Spa & Salon.

The Mother’s Day brunch will take place on Sunday, May 11 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu will feature a breakfast bar with made-to-order omelets, challah French toast with peach compote, breakfast potatoes, and nitrate-free crispy bacon. Diners can also enjoy a variety of Eastern Shore favorites ranging from steamed Maryland blue crabs cracked to order and oysters to Old Bay-dusted chilled shrimp. Additional selections will include a 12-hour hickory-smoked bone-in short rib, herb-roasted salmon, chicken piccata, and a mini beef wellington. A special buffet will also be available for children with macaroni and cheese, popcorn chicken, and cheese flatbread.
 
The meal is $80 for adults, $40 for teens between 12 and 17, $20 for children between six and 11, and children five and younger dine free. The spa recently introduced the Somadome, a state-of-the-art meditation pod designed to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and improve sensory perception. The pod utilizes color therapy, magnetics, and sound therapy using binaural beats designed to encourage a meditative state.
