Free Heart Smart screenings
SALISBURY – During American Heart Month in February and throughout the year, TidalHealth is offering free Heart Smart screenings for people who are not under the care of a cardiologist but are at risk for heart disease. The service is provided monthly at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Md. and at various other locations in February only. Pre-registration is required. 2025 Free Guided Birding Tours Offered at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge
Get outside this winter and spring by participating in a free guided birding tour at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). You don’t need to be an expert to enjoy learning about and identifying the many species of birds that inhabit the refuge.
