Dr. Khoury joins TidalHealth Cardiovascular Surgery in Salisbury

TidalHealth is pleased to welcome Audrey Khoury, MD, MPH, to TidalHealth Cardiovascular Surgery in Salisbury, Maryland.

Dr. Khoury received her master’s degree in public health from the University of North Carolina, Gillings School of Global Public Health in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She then earned her medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, where she went on to complete her residency in the Integrated Cardiothoracic Surgery Residency Program.

Dr. Khoury completed the American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) - Intuitive Thoracic Surgical Robotics Fellowship. She is also certified in advanced trauma life support (ATLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and basic life support (BLS).

Dr. Khoury is a member of the American Medical Association, American Medical Women’s Association, American College of Surgeons, Association of Women Surgeons, Society of Asian Academic Surgeons, and The Society of Thoracic Surgeons. She comes with years of clinical, research, and leadership experience, and has received awards for academic excellence. She has also authored an impressive number of publications.

In her free time, Dr. Khoury enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband, daughter, and their two huskies. She also enjoys playing the piano and violin.
