Blue Point Provisions Company Reopens for Summer Season

  Cambridge, Md. (July 7, 2025) – Blue Point Provision Company, a waterfront restaurant offering panoramic views of the Choptank River at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, has officially reopened for the summer season. The restaurant also launches its popular weekly deck party series.

The restaurant’s seasonal deck parties take place every Thursday throughout the summer between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.  The events feature music by local artists and rotating food and drink specials.
 
In addition to the Thursday events, Blue Point Provision Company is open for dinner Thursday through Monday between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. The menu showcases regional flavors including oysters on the half shell and oysters Rockefeller. Other Eastern Shore favorites include Maryland crab soup, crab arancini and a classic crab boil. Entrée selections also include a New York strip steak, pasta pomodoro, and jerk spiced rockfish among several other options.
 
Guests can complement their meals with signature cocktails such as the Choptank Crush, made with Wheatley Vodka and freshly squeeze orange or grapefruit, or the Blue Point Mojito crafted with Parrot Bay White Rum, blueberry, mint and agave. The drink menu also includes an extensive selection of wines and craft beer.
