UM Shore Medical Group-Pediatrics at Easton Welcomes Nurse Practitioner Jessica Pajak


Jessica Pajak, DNP, CPNP

EASTON, Md. (November 25, 2025) – University of Maryland Shore Medical Group (UM SMG) is pleased to announce that Jessica Pajak, DNP, CPNP, has joined UM Shore Medical Group–Pediatrics at Easton. Pajak is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience and a strong background in both neonatal and pediatric primary care. UM SMG is an affiliate medical practice of the University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UM SRH), a member organization of the University of Maryland Medical System.
 
Pajak earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2019 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2017 from the University of South Alabama. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she graduated magna cum laude.
 
Before joining UM Shore Medical Group, Pajak provided pediatric primary care at Panda Bear Pediatrics in Gilbertsville, Pa., and Just Kids Pediatrics in Newark, Del., where she cared for children from birth through young adulthood. Earlier in her career, she served as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Md., and as a clinical instructor at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md., mentoring future pediatric nurses.
 
Pajak’s professional interests include preventive and developmental care, adolescent mental health and supporting families in promoting lifelong health and wellness for their children.

A member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Pajak is board-certified as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
