Just a Kid From Cambridge 2025| Next Gen Class of 2025

Each year, our Just a Kid From Cambridge project honors the growth, resilience, and brilliance of our graduating seniors. What began as a phrase has grown into a full movement—lifting the voices of young people and rewriting the narrative for youth in Dorchester County.
This year’s portraits were captured by the incredibly talented Casey O’Bier of Sussex Photography, helping us freeze time and spotlight each young man’s story.

Meet the Next Gen Class of 2025

Jaden "Simba" is continuing his basketball journey in college while studying geology. A two-year varsity player and state champion, Jaden has grown into a quiet but confident leader. He shared that some of his favorite memories with ALL4LOVE include sharing meals, going on trips, and the real talks that helped him stay focused during challenging times. His message to the world is full of belief and determination: "Don’t let nobody tell you can’t because you can."

Darren plans to begin working with the State Police after graduation with long-term dreams of starting his own business. His high school career has been filled with achievements: All-State and All-Bayside in football, four-time regional basketball champion, Bayside and state titles, and leading the state in charges two years running. He credits ALL4LOVE for providing a safe space to grow and try new things. His personal motto captures his spirit well: "Win, lose, or draw… like Pokémon GO, I gotta catch ‘em all."

Ka’Marii Stanley will head to college to major in sports management while continuing his football career. A standout in both football and baseball, Ka’Marii was selected for All-Bayside and All-State teams and maintained a 3.0+ GPA. His growth throughout high school has been matched by a growing sense of confidence in himself. He says ALL4LOVE helped with college prep and gave him new experiences, with the trips standing out as his favorite memories. He lives by the words, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Ka’leal Johnson is on the road to becoming a professional truck driver after earning his CDL, following in the footsteps of an uncle who inspired him. A proud member of the state championship basketball team, Ka'leal also finished his senior year with a perfect 4.0 GPA. He's someone who listens more than he speaks, but his actions show discipline, maturity, and ambition. He fondly recalls staying overnight with the ALL4LOVE team, sharing laughs and building brotherhood. His quote: "Stillgettingpaid."

Christen Dockins will attend Salisbury University, majoring in computer science with plans to work in cybersecurity for Homeland Security. A four-year football player and two-time All-Bayside honoree, Christen also earned titles in track and led his football team in tackles for two seasons. He’s always been intentional in his growth, and he says ALL4LOVE provided him with experiences, mentors, and motivation to be better. His guiding words: "Success isn’t given, it’s earned—through hard work, discipline, and the will to outwork everyone in the room."

Jairyn Lewis is pursuing a degree in physical education and plans to continue inspiring the next generation. He has been a dedicated athlete in football and track, earning the Minds in Motion award every year, maintaining a 3.64 GPA, earning 24 college credits, completing 100+ service hours, and finishing a 100-hour internship at Maple Elementary. Jairyn has a natural gift for connecting with youth and says his favorite moments with ALL4LOVE include working with students at Choptank Elementary and the senior trip to Tennessee. His quote: "Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard."

Ejabrion "EJ" Manokey will pursue a CDL and begin his career in transportation. Known for his strength and quiet focus, EJ found purpose and discipline through wrestling. He’s come a long way in his time with ALL4LOVE, becoming more focused and goal-oriented. When asked about his favorite memory, he simply said being with the group and having fun. No favorite quote needed—his presence says it all.

Koby Ennals will continue his basketball career in college. As a state champion and Player of the Year, Koby’s leadership and tenacity helped bring home a historic title for CSD. He’s known for his competitive edge, but also for his ability to build strong bonds with teammates and mentors. He pointed to the senior trip to Tennessee as a highlight of his experience with ALL4LOVE. His favorite quote reflects his drive: "Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm."

Tori Willis Jr. will run Division I track at Delaware State University. One of the most decorated athletes in CSD history, Tori is a four-time state champion, eight-time school record holder, and current state record holder in the 300m hurdles. Despite his accolades, Tori is known for his humility and strong sense of brotherhood. He said ALL4LOVE connected him with people who truly cared. His quote: "Tables turn, bridges burn, you live and you learn."

Willy Jackson will study nursing at Chesapeake College after completing his CNA/GNA certification at the Dorchester Career & Technology Center. He plans to continue his track career after transferring to a four-year university. Willy was part of CSD’s first state championship track team and also won a state title in basketball. A multi-sport athlete who played football and ran indoor track, Willy is driven by purpose and compassion. His message comes from Proverbs 20:30: "Sometimes it takes a painful experience to make us change our ways."

Anthony “Heavy” Hughes is heading to college to play football, bringing with him a legacy of achievement across multiple sports. With over 1,000 career yards in football and 1,000 career points in basketball, Heavy was a constant force for CSD. He’s a four-time regional basketball champion, two-time football regional champ, and a basketball state champ. Through it all, he remained humble and joyful, saying every memory with ALL4LOVE is his favorite. His advice: "Stay motivated—always think the better in every situation."
