This gentle yoga class focuses on basic postures, breathing and relaxation. Classes begin with breath awareness and warm-ups to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Open to students of all levels. $15.00 Drop-In
