Wine & Yoga

This “Wine Down” class at Layton's Chance is a slow flow, gentle Hatha style yoga, geared towards beginners and people of all genders, age, shapes, and sizes, though more experienced yogis would enjoy attending as well. If you have ever been afraid to step into a yoga class, then this is the class for you. There will be a wine inspired play list and even some wine inspired poses. Participants should bring mats, any props needed such as blocks, a towel/blanket, and a sense of humor.
