Opportunities abound at the Richardson
Maritime Museum for individuals interested in making a difference
to a growing organization. Join us and become an important part
of the maritime heritage of Cambridge, Dorchester County and
the Eastern Shore.
The Museum has an immediate need for Docents and volunteers in Boatbuilding. A Docent is a greeter who welcomes, guides and helps interpret the exhibits for our visitors. Knowledge of wooden boat building, thehistory of Dorchester County and the Eastern Shore is not necessary. Training will be provided.
A Docent orientation session will be held at the
Richardson Maritime Museum; 401 High Street; Cambridge on
Saturday, February 29 from 11am -1pm
