Veteran Claim Clinic & Resource Fair

This Fourth Annual Veteran Claim Clinic & Resource Fair will be held at the Cambridge Elks Lodge #1272.
Department of Veterans Affairs Representatives will be available to:

• File or follow-up on VA disability claim
• Discuss VA health care benefits and services
• Survivor benefits
• Discuss Vet Center counseling
• Provide information on Veteran burial benefits

Those filing for Veterans Affairs benefits for the first time should bring their (or their spouses) military discharge paperwork (DD-214), pertinent medical and personnel records (if available) and a photo ID. 
Door prizes and buffet lunch provided. Children's activities.
