Valentine’s Day Dinner at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is hosting a delicious three-course Valentine’s Day dinner at Water’s Edge Grill. Recently renovated, the restaurant offers sweeping waterfront views setting the stage for a truly romantic evening. The special Valentine’s Day meal will be available on Friday, February 14, between 5:30pm and 9pm. The three-course menu will include the following selections: First Course: A selection of cream of crab soup made with J.M. Clayton Crab or a classic Caesar Salad with a gluten-free crostini Second Course: A selection of Cioppino with clams, mussels, shrimp and local fish; a 12oz grilled ribeye served with crispy smashed fingerling potatoes and broccolini; or a mushroom risotto with parmesan and truffle oil Dessert: A sweet finale featuring assorted chocolate truffles and macarons The dining experience is $65 per person with the option to add a shared bottle of house-selected wine for $30.
