Understanding Labor Class
The Birthing Center at UMC Shore Regional Health will be hosting 3 classes related to childbirth and parenting. The three classes are: Breastfeeding, New Mom, New Baby, and Understanding Labor.
Understanding Labor consists of: Signs of Labor, Stages of labor, Labor contractions, comfort techniques/pain management, Positions, Medical procedures, Recovery.
Most classes are on Wednesdays and are virtual, however, some of the Understanding Labor classes are on Saturdays and will be in Person.
