Challenges and Opportunities to Support Health and Overall Well-Being
Join Eastern Shore Area Health Education Center and AHEC West for this Virtual Conference.
The demographic shift toward an aging society raises some difficult challenges, but they are not insurmountable. Medical and social scientists and public health officials are actively involved in designing and implementing interventions to support older adults and the workforce charged with providing care and service to them. In addition to highlighting recent interventions and available resources, this conference will inform on ethical challenges in the workplace and offer practical solutions that can be implemented immediately.
