Strategic Planning Deep Dive
Dorchester County Local Management Board and Mid-Shore Community Foundation are teaming up again to offer the highly successful Dorchester County Nonprofit Leadership Series. There will be two additional sessions that will provide “deep dives” into strategic planning and fundraising.
 
The sessions will be facilitated by Rob Levit. Each will be a “working session” with Rob guiding and prompting your nonprofit organization to greater effectiveness and sustainability! Participants will leave each session with customized strategies and plans.
 
Both staff and board members are encouraged to take advantage of the sessions. The sessions will be held at the Dorchester County Innovation Center, 104 Tech Park Drive, Cambridge, Maryland. The series is funded by the Dorchester County Local Management Board and there is no cost to attend, but advance registration is required. 
 
Session 1: 10/24/19 - Strategic Planning Deep Dive, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM 
Session 2: 11/21/19 - Fundraising from Mission Deep Dive, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
