Stories at the Harriet Tubman Sculpture

Come out to Cambridge, MD for Harriet Tubman Day on March 11 at 4 pm. Experience master story teller Walter Jones perform in front of our amazing statue of Harriet Tubman "Beacon of Hope". Hear stories from our community about how Tubman's journey has inspired them, and readings from our Dorchester County students who were inspired to write a book about Tubman.
This event is sponsored by the Harriet Tubman Museum and Educational Center and Alpha Genesis Community Development Corporation, will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 11 and is free and open to the public.
