Shore Community Outreach Team in East New Market

The UM Shore Regional Health's Shore Community Outreach Team serves residents of Dorchester County.
They will be at the East New Market Apartments, 40 Academy Street, East New Market on Thursday, 7/31/2025 from 10 am - 12 p.m. doing free Blood Pressure checks and Diabetes Risk Assessments.
