The Nanticoke Historic Preservation Alliance (NHPA) will hold its annual fundraising party, Spring Soiree at Algonquin Manor, from 5-8 p.m. on April 4 to raise funds for the continued restoration of Handsell, an important Dorchester County historic site listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
