Meet onsite at Blackwater Refuge. This photography workshop with Robert F. Sullivan will provide tips and info on photographing a sunrise, and also on photographing wildlife. Sunrise is a great time for two reasons: there's usually a fair amount of wildlife activity (think eagles, osprey, egrets, herons, turtles, sika deer, and maybe even a muskrat); and the quality of light is amazing and constantly changing.
Starting time is 6 am. Sunrise is at 6:43 am; in addition, on this day the moon will set at 7:52 am, and you'll have the opportunity to photograph the almost-full moon in a beautiful setting. Please join us!
