Nonprofit leaders and staff are invited to attend the Mid-Shore Community Foundation's Nonprofit Leadership Program, a series of four in-person sessions at Chesapeake College:
April 28, June 16, Sept. 15, Nov. 17
Designed and facilitated by Rob Levit, Licensed Consultant, Standards for Excellence (R) Institute, all sessions will be interactive and experiential. Participants will enjoy valuable networking and collaboration opportunities while deep-diving on critical nonprofit leadership topics like individual and team well-being, inclusion, strategy, innovation, and program design. In between sessions, participants will be asked to complete essential readings, journal prompts, and conduct check-in and learning support sessions with fellow participants. Lunch will be provided.
Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions - the sessions WIL NOT be recorded.
There is no cost to attend. Advance registration is required.
