New Mom, New Baby Class
The Birthing Center at UMC Shore Regional Health will be hosting 3 classes related to childbirth and parenting. The three classes are: Breastfeeding, New Mom, New Baby, and Understanding Labor.
New Mom, New Baby consists of Care for Baby - Feeding, diapering, circumcision care, infant safety.
Care for Mom - Postpartum care, emotions and stress, returning to work, birth control options.
Most classes are on Wednesdays and are virtual, however, some of the Understanding Labor classes are on Saturdays and will be in Person.
