Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is hosting an extravagant Mother’s Day brunch at its Water’s Edge Grill. The menu will feature a breakfast bar with made-to-order omelets, challah French toast with peach compote, breakfast potatoes, and nitrate-free crispy bacon. Diners can also enjoy a variety of Eastern Shore favorites ranging from steamed Maryland blue crabs cracked to order and oysters to Old Bay-dusted chilled shrimp. Additional selections will include a 12-hour hickory-smoked bone-in short rib, herb-roasted salmon, chicken piccata, and a mini beef wellington. A special buffet will also be available for children with macaroni and cheese, popcorn chicken, and cheese flatbread. The meal is $80 for adults, $40 for teens between 12 and 17, $20 for children between six and 11, and children five and younger dine free.
