Mental Health First Aid Training

Be the one to make a difference. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Mental Health First Aid is a training course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.
Registration is required as light breakfast and lunch will be provided
