Medicaid & Asset Protection Event

Shore Legal Access will host a presentation by Maryland attorney Jason Frank, Esq., an expert in Elder and Disability Law, on "Medicaid and Asset Protection" at the Talbot County Free Library from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
At a time when so many changes are occurring with Medicaid and other federal programs for older adults, this presentation will be an important opportunity to get information about how these changes could affect you and your loved ones and what you can do to protect your assets. Frank will address questions from participants.
“People who attend this program will acquire a basic understanding of the Medicaid eligibility rules,” Franks said, “and how married applicants can protect the maximum amount of assets for their well spouse.”
