Longest Night Service
The community is invited to A Longest Night or Blue Christmas worship service.
Recognizing that the holidays are sometimes "blue" or filled with difficult feelings around painful life events such as death, disease, poverty, or abuse, and traditional, bright, cheerful, family oriented, Christmas Eve services do not always serve the spiritual needs of everyone. This service will provide an opportunity for people to hear about the God of love who comes to us in the midst of the mess and pain we know in our own everyday lives and the lives of those around us.
