Living Well with Hypertension Workshop

MAC, Your Area Agency on Aging, will present a free single-session class designed for adults who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Those attending will learn the risks, discover ways to protect themselves and make changes that matter!
The class will be held on Tuesday, April 16, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Dorchester County Public Library in Cambridge.
