Land Jam 2025
Join Eastern Shore Land Conservancy in celebrating our 35th Anniversary at our third annual LandJam! This year, this family-friendly afernoon will be at the wonderful Councell Farms during their opening weekend! LandJam features live music ffrom the 599s and Coastal Plain, great food from Taqueria Floritas, yard games, and the many fall attractions already available at Councell Farms, including a corn maze, jumping pillow, combine slide, and pumpkins. We can't wait to see you there!
