Juneteenth Memorial Service & Celebration

Everyone is invited to the Dorchester County Courthouse where at 12:00 noon the VFW MD State Honor Guard will present a Memorial Service in remembrance for fallen U.S. Colored Troops from Dorchester and recognition of all 130 USCT present for the first Juneteenth in Texas plus musical selections.

At 4 pm at the Dorchester Center for the Arts, the life of Isaac Jackson, Buffalo Soldier from Cambridge will be presented by Carol Nichols Armstrong.
