Jazz at the Mural

Vocalist Reggie Upshaw featuring the Terry Koger Quintet will perform jazz, blues, gospel and Brazilian tunes outdoors in front of the Harriet Tubman Mural (weather permitting), hosted by the Tubman Museum and Educational Center.
