Mr Casey Todd, a descendant of Hollands Island, will be sharing his memories and stories that have been handed down over the years by his father Ira T Todd, Jr. and other family members. He will tell us about the roots of the people and how they lived on the island, made their livelihood, their marriages and religious practices. He will also discuss how the environmental changes affected them.
A lifelong resident of Crisfield, Maryland, he is a graduate of Crisfield High School, College of William and Mary 1976 and Baltimore School of Law 1978. He was Manager/Owner of Metompkin Bay Oyster Co, Inc. 1979-2001 (Retired).
He is married to Kimberly Parsons 1980 and they have four Children and four Grandchildren. His father Ira was born in 1917 and was one of the last children born on Hollands Island.
