Oyster Watch is Hoopers Island Oyster Co.'s 5th Annual Heritage Tin. Featuring a watercolor of Baylor - a yellow lab lovingly owned by our hatchery technician Allison Fitzhugh - keeping watch at the oyster farm in Fishing Creek.
Designed by artist Mona Pennypacker, this limited-edition collectible celebrates the Eastern Shore's distinct culture. Hoopers will make a donation to Baywater Animal Rescue, a no-kill animal welfare organization, for every tin sold.
