Dorchester County Observation of Halloween: The Dorchester County Council approved at their Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 meeting that Halloween will be observed on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for children ages 12 and under. This policy will  not supersede prescheduled times and dates set by municipalities. Residents living outside town limits should follow the County policy set forth by the County Council, unless they intend on carrying their child(ren) into a town.
