2025 Community Mental Health Education Series Session 1
Both art and music therapy offer significant benefits for mental health. They provide unique, non-verbal ways to explor and address emotional issues.
Reserch has shown that engaging in creative activities can reduce stress, enhance mood, and improve overall well-being and productivity.
Gain a deeper understanding of the benefits and ways to introduce these therapies or access to these therapies in the  workplace.
