Entry fee is $50 per couple, payable to: Eastern Shore USBC, PO Box 666, Fruitland, MD 21826
Entry forms can be picked up at the Choptank Bowling Center.
Checks and Money Orders only.
ES USBC will not be held responsible for cash entries.
Walk-in entries will be accepted up to 30 minutes before squad time. Enter early to ensure a spot.
