Delmarva Power's Small Business Program may pay up to 70% of the total project cost of your qualifying energy efficient equipment upgrades. 
They help pay for: 
Heating & Cooling, Lighting, Controls, Kitchen Equipment, Laundry Washers, & Water Heaters.
