Parking and Directions: The historic downtown Annapolis area is walkable from Annapolis parking garages or parking lots. The majority of on-street parking is limited to 2-hour parking or less and is paid to park. On commercial streets, you can pay at kiosks or use the ParkMobile app. On residential streets, you must pay using the ParkMobile App. Enforcement is pretty strict for on-street parking. On-street parking starts at $2 per hour and is $3 per hour on City Dock and $4 per hour on residential streets.
For parking longer than 2 hour periods, the Hillman Parking Garage is the closest Garage to the main Street/City Dock area with entrances on both Duke of Gloucester and Gorman Streets. This is a gateless paid parking garage, you can pay with the ParkMobile or Premium Parking App, Text by phone, or at the kiosks on the lower level.
