Diabetes Support Group at TidalHealth

SALISBURY – TidalHealth Nutrition & Diabetes Education will hold a Diabetes Support Group from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, April 8 in the auditorium of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s Avery W. Hall Educational Center located on the corner of Waverly and Vine Streets at 100 E. Carroll St., Salisbury, MD 21801. 

Join us as Katherine Rodgers, MPH, Director of Community Health Initiatives, speaks about how TidalHealth partners with community organizations to increase access to healthy lifestyle programming and resources.
