Connected Conversations on the Shore: Brain Health in the African American Community, is presented to you by the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Maryland, Johns Hopkins Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program, and AARP.

Our first annual conference is being held at The Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad State Park and Visitor Center, located at 4608 Golden Hill Road in Church Creek, Maryland.

The event start time is 12:00 PM, although we do invite you to join us from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, when Eastern Shore AHEC will be offering a free Dementia Live Experience. There are also free museum tours available.

This program will feature a presentation by Dr. Carl Hill, Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer of the Alzheimer's Association; remarks from Karen Morgan, AARP Maryland Executive Council Member; and much more.
