Captain Andy McCown and the trio, Chesapeake Scenes, are a critically acclaimed folk group that use spoken word, poetry, song, and story to pay tribute to the people who live on the shores and work the waters of the bay. Tom McHugh, Tom Anthony and Captain Andy play bluesy banjo, harmonica and bass to provide an ever-changing line up of song and story of the Chesapeake. This particular show will include some highlights from two Dorchester County artists.
