Beckwith Strawberry Festival

Enjoy lots of strawberry treats at the Beckwith United Methodist Church Strawberry Festival at the Neck District Fire House, Route 343, in Hudson, Maryland, on Saturday, May 25. The strawberry fest runs from 9am-1pm, with a flea market starting around 7am. Strawberries, strawberry pies, strawberry shortcake, homemade soups, chicken salad sandwiches, hot dogs and more. (If you’re interested in renting a flea market table, contact Betty Smith at 410-228-6916). Come early; festival usually ends by 1pm. Festival held rain or shine. The fire house is located at 954 Cook Point Road, 11 miles west of Cambridge.
