Annual Crab Feast

The Chesapeake College Multicultural Advisory Committee established the Crab Feast as an annual event designed to build community while helping us raise funds for the J.C. Gibson Scholarships. All net proceeds from this event benefit the Chesapeake College Foundation’s J.C. Gibson Scholarships, which support economically-disadvantaged students. Mr. Gibson was a custodian at Chesapeake College who spent his own money helping students pay for books. When he passed, a scholarship was established in his name.
